Effective immediately, we are no longer offering services to new customers. Existing customers will still have active service until the end of their terms.
All phone support has ended as a result of this decision. You still have support via e-mail and our ticketing system. Please open a
ticket if you have any questions or concerns. Should you decide to transition service to another provider before the end of your term, we are happy to assist. Simply open a support
ticket requesting help.
If you have e-mail with your domain and it was set up by us, then it was set up with Google Apps. Google Apps will continue to provide this service to you with no action necessary
on your part. You can visit http://www.google.com/a/<domain name> and sign in with your administrator account to manage your service.
Our last active customer is scheduled to terminate on April 5, 2012. This is the expected shutdown date of all remaining services including DNS services. Please open a ticket if
you need a copy of your zone data to host DNS with another provider.
